Operating Service

Once you have decided on a machine from Osprey Vending Services, we then can agree on an operating contract to maintain, fill, clean and service the machine.

The benefit of having this fully operated service is, Osprey Vending Services has complete responsibility of looking after and running your vending machines, which means you don't have to.

Each of our highly trained Operators are given a specific route they need to follow. Each route has a collection of sites whereby the Operator will fill and clean the machines.

The number of visits required for each site and the level of service needed will be dependent upon the type of machine, the type of product in the machine and consumption throughput.

Our Vending Supervisor will regularly carry out Quality Assurance checks to ISO 9001 : 2000 standards on all operated machines to ensure our Operators are following Automatic Vending Services' strict guidelines on hygiene.

Maintenance Service

We operate two types of maintenance service, one being a maintenance contract and the other a call out service.

Our team of highly trained engineers install and maintain our vending machines. They provide a high level of service to ensure each machine runs smoothly and the customer is given the product quality they expect.

A routine maintenance programme has been set up and performed by our engineers on all our operated machines in order to maintain the high standard of service we enforce.
